Code Of Conduct

Club Member Code of Conduct for In-Person Meetings, Events, and Classes 1. Respectful Communication: All members are expected to communicate with respect and professionalism during meetings, events, and classes. This includes active listening, refraining from interrupting others, and fostering an atmosphere of open dialogue. Disparaging remarks, personal attacks, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Let’s create an environment where everyone feels valued and heard. 2. Punctuality and Participation: Members are encouraged to arrive on time for all scheduled meetings, events, and classes to ensure a smooth and productive experience for everyone involved. If you are unable to attend, please notify the organizer in advance when possible. Active participation is crucial; members should engage thoughtfully in discussions, contribute ideas, and support fellow members to enhance the collective experience. --- Online Presence and Etiquette for Club Members 1. Professional Online Behavior: When participating in online meetings, forums, or social media platforms associated with our club, members are expected to maintain a professional demeanor. This includes using appropriate language, refraining from sharing offensive or inappropriate content, and respecting differing opinions. Remember that your online presence reflects not only on you but on the entire club. 2. Constructive Feedback and Support: Members are encouraged to provide constructive feedback and support to one another in all online interactions. Criticism should be framed positively, focusing on improvement rather than personal shortcomings. Celebrate achievements and offer encouragement to foster a supportive community. It is vital that our online interactions contribute to a culture of collaboration and mutual respect. By adhering to these guidelines, we can ensure that our club remains a welcoming and productive space for all members, both in person and online. Thank you for your commitment to maintaining a positive environment!
